Yosemite National Park

Today we spent the day at Yosemite national park to shoot some video and still photos for future worship multi media songs. Our God is so amazing to show us a glimpse of His glory through the beauty of this place. Tomorrow we had for San Jose, CA and get to meet Mike's mom and some of their friends. Thank you all for your prayers as we move forward to share the love of Jesus and share the great news about doors for the gospel opening in the country of Vietnam. Heritage Church in Visalia, California

What a great weekend we had at Heritage Church. Pastor Leon and Ruth Brokaw are the real deal, We felt like we've known them our whole life. On Saturday night Anna taught the youth the hip hop song and dance "movin" The youth group learned it very well. They performed the dance on Sunday morning, it was very energetic and exciting. We had a powerful time and worship in each morning service and shared our hearts for Vietnam. Sunday night we had a concert of praise and worship. The whole weekend was wonderful. We also got to spend some time with our dear friends Dan and Donice Carter who also serve on the Blastoff Music Ministry Board.

Christian Center Desert Hot Springs, CA

We had a action packed weekend at Christian Center. It started with a Hip Hop workshop on Friday night. Anna had 13 youth and taught them a dance to the song MOVIN by group on e crew. They worked nearly 3 hours to prepare for Sunday morning. Saturday night we sang and shared about Mission Vietnam at a missions banquet. There was also a missionary couple from Cambodia, who now live in the LA area. They shared the great need for Jesus in the country Cambodia. I sang the song "Plant a seed" along with a moving video. Sunday morning we did two back to back services with Anna and the youth performing there hip hop dance. The congregation went crazy with excitement. It was a great hit and the youth were so jazzed about the whole thing. Great job Anna! We had a powerful time of worship and than had the Christian Center worship team come to the front and we prayed over them. This was a Sunday that they got to be ministered to instead of ministered to others. We love to give the local church a time of refreshing so they can just seat back and receive. We then shared the vision of Mission Vietnam and the window of opportunity to help our brothers and sisters in Christ in this country purchase land and build churches. Sunday Night we had a worship and prayer service. There was such a sweet spirit in the place. Pastor Gary and Charlotte are some of the greatest pastors we have ever got to know. They have such shepherds hearts and vision for reaching lives for Christ.
Today we are traveling in the Motor home heading for Visalia, CA for a weekend of services with our friends and board members Dan and Donise Carter.

Bethany Church in Alhambra CA

We had a wonderful time of ministry at Bethany Church on Sunday February 7th. Pastor Phil and Leanna Hilliard have been friends of our for over 30 years. They are such a blessing to the Kingdom of God. Their church does our song "Just to Know You Lord" so we were able to sing it with their worship team. We shared the vision of Mission Vietnam and had a great response. We also had some friends( Merlyn and her daughter Jill )come and to the Sunday service. they used to live in Twin Falls, Id and were a part of our former singing group called "The Last Generation" We will be heading to Desert Hot Springs, CA on Friday.

Mission Vietnam

Glenda, Anna and myself along with Mike and Janice Kennedy took off February the 1st for our winter tour in Southern and Northern Ca for the month of Feb and then on to Oregon and Washington for March and April. We are so excited to partner with Mission Vietnam this year. The Lord has opened up a window of opportunity to help the Christians in Vietnam build their very own houses of worship. This is a amazing God thing. We will be raising awareness and funds as we travel and minister. Our prayer is churches in America will catch the vision and come along side of our brothers and sisters in this country and help them with the expenses to lay one brick at a time and reach more souls for the Kingdom of God. Please pray with and for us as we go through each opened door to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our world needs JESUS.
